Shotguns and Shopping!

Yesterday, Brendan took Kevin, Josiah, Tommy and Anna out shooting.
Today, he took ALL us.
What a courageous man we have in the family.

The the two at the top belong to Brendan and the bottom one belonged to daddy.

Brendan gave us a safety talk so we wouldn't end up killing each other.

Bundled up against the cold and mom looking crazy during her lesson in safety.

Tommy shot first demonstarting to us newbies, looking debonair.

Look how cute Kari is in her fancy coat.

Uncle Tom shot too, I believe for the first time in a LONG time.

We let Katrina shoot, going against the rule that says you should be taller than the gun is long.

Then I did, I didn't shoot a thing, but look at me own that gun! I kept the shell from my first shot.

Brendan giving a demonstration to Ti.

It was scary when Ti shot, who gave her the gun? ^_^

Tiff wasn't originally planning on shooting, but she did on request. She walked up and owned that gun, she even loaded it herself. Look how awesome she is in all her finery! ^_^

The Santa would be Aunt Joyce.

Rich went next, he went shooting with Brendan on the last time Brendan and Tiff were here.

Brendan and Kevin both shot at the same time.

Who would give that face a gun? though he did shoot his first three clay pigeons all in a row.

Josiah shot next for all of us, he shot the second clay pigeon, quite the natural.
Brendan was excellent, sharing his shotguns and being patient with all of us. He's a wonderful addition to our family. ^_^
After about an hour, all of us left Brendan, Josiah, and Tommy and headed out to Bath & Body Works because they had a sale. I believe all the ladies left with a bag.

Remind me not come visit unless I am ready to learn how to "play" with guns =) although Ian would probably love it along Jimmy's clan. Looks like you all had a wonderful cold time together. While we enjoyed the coolness of our wonderful A/C and Ceiling Fans. Wearing shorts and t-shirts going to see Sherlock Holmes on Christmas day. love ya.

We did have a lovely, cold time. We appreciate Brendan's willingness to share.
