because my sister said so

I hope everyone had a splendid Thanksgiving!
I'm updating because i actually have something to share (and because my sister said so). My Thanksgiving was WONDERFUL, I spent it with my parents and Brendan and Tiff. ^_^
I decided to share all the different ways my family members act around and
effect one another when we spend time with each other.
So here goes:
We play with guns

we EAT!

We get a little crazed,

we laze and computer gaze.

We share,

and grin,

and get a little sleepy as we take each other in.

We strike some crazy, silly pose

and pretend that we're hoboes!
Well, i LOVE you ALL!
have a GREAT week!

Update on me!

My friend (a forty something year old man who goes to our church and who i know through the youth group there. we've also taken a class together at ccad, the college i go to.) is doing a series of paintings. He is asking about seven people from our church to pose as their favorite bible character.
He does the painting twice, that have slightly different arrangements from each other. SLIGHTLY different indeed. The color scheme is a LOT more noticeably different.
When the two paintings hang on opposite parallel walls and are viewed through two angled mirrors, the two paintings merge together and it gives the painting a 3D effect and the colors mix together.
Hard to explain but to sum it up, it's a 3D painting.
Anyhoo, I chose Jael as my character (found in Judges), the woman who killed the enemy army captain by driving a tent peg through his temple while he slept. Hence the reason why I'm holding a steel peg and a hammer.
Both are about 2' by 4', that's a rough estimate, and are painted in acrylic.

My friend said he still wants to work on my face in the purple sweater painting.

Alright, bye my lovely family!

Hell to All!

HELLO
you BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!
I know it's been some time since we saw each other for Tania's and Kevin's wedding.
I love you all and look forward to seeing you all again. Pictures are worth a million
words so I leave you know with some that sum up our time together, with thanks
to grandma for making this post possible. ^_^

And now a special picture of my mother and Aunt Joyce

describing how we felt at the end of our time together.

I LOVE YOU ALL!
